DeSantis Fitness is more than just a workout. We offer a supportive community and personalized attention from our experienced trainers. Our goal is to help you not only reach your fitness goals, but also improve your overall health and wellness.
No prior fitness experience is necessary. Our workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels, and Trainer Jennifer will work with you to modify exercises as needed.
DFR (DeSantis Fitness Running) Club meets every Thursday at 6pm for a 2 - 5 mile run. It's a free group open to all levels and abilities. We meet at 3033 Monument Rd.
Results vary from person to person, but our clients have seen improvements in strength, endurance, and body composition. Many have also reported feeling more energized and confident in their daily lives.

Memberships must complete their original contract length. Exceptions are made for medical reasons with a valid doctors note.
